How do I return an item?

  • All returns must be processed within 30 days of shipment and with prior authorization.

  • Any claims for defective material, shortages, or overages must be made within 5 days of receipt.

  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

  • Only unopened and unused items are accepted. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Special or custom orders cannot be returned.

  • Return shipping and a 20% restocking charge apply (due to shipping cost incurred throughout transition to and from).

  • If a product is damaged during transition we will replace and re ship at no charge or issue a credit at the value of the sale. However if it is noticed to be a repetitive issue in the same location we have the right to refuse to ship.

  • Sale invoice must be included with all returns.
