PREPARATION: All surfaces should be dry, clean, smooth, and in good repair. Surface temperatures should be a minimum of 50°F
and rising, not to exceed 110°F. Repair all leaks and problem areas with Leak Stopper Roof Patch and Universal Patching Fabric
before applying coating. When applying this product to a previously coated asphalt surface, make sure the surface is totally cured
and ready to be topcoated. Test a small area first if you are unsure.
FOR BEST RESULTS: Use a power drill mixer with paddle to disperse. Do not thin. Continue to stir product during application
process as the product may settle out. In cooler weather, store product in heated room (65°F to 80°F) at least 24 hours prior to
APPLICATION: Mix coating and apply evenly by brush or medium nap roller to the surface. Spread in both horizontal and vertical
directions, overlapping ends of strokes. Avoid excessive build-up or puddling. When brushing, avoid scraping into existing roof
surface. All finish strokes should be made in the same direction. Do not apply if rain or heavy dew is expected within 24 hours.
COVERAGE RATES: Depending on the surface, this product will cover 55 to 70 sq/ft per gallon.
NOTE: This product is not recommended for use on wood, asphalt shingles or roofs with slopes less than 1% (or 1/8” per ft.).
Standing water dulls aluminum, and may cause adhesion failure between the coating and substrate. On hot roofs, use caution if
applying to sloped roofs, as coating may result in some running until fully dry. Avoid foot traffic for longest life. When buying multiple
containers, it is recommended to match the batch codes on the lids to avoid shade variances.
CLEAN-UP: Clean tools with Mineral Spirits.
